This is a portrait of a friend of mine, Dave Devries. He sent me a couple crazy web-cam shots of himself that I felt HAD to be turned into paintings. This is one of em. Sketched it up one night and then painted it another. I had a great time with this one. Thanks Dave!!

The tracing image feature in Art Rage is da bomb. That's what I used here for this sketch of Jennifer Connelly. Nothing fancy, just pencil and eraser for this one.

I just got turned on to this new drawing program called "ArtRage". It totally rocks. This is one of the first sketches done using that program. I thought it would be a great idea to start a sketching blog to post the stuff that comes out of it.
